The ancient art of healing stone massage a necessity for physical and spiritual well being. Working in harmony using various massage techniques and warm stones, they relax the body at its deepest level .Stone massage is an effective way to de stress and rebalance your body.  Formed from volcanic lava the stones create a thermal action heated or cooled that sooths away tension eases aches and instils relaxation thousands of years stones have been used for healing.  The ancient art of crystal healing uses the gentle transformation properties of stones and semi–precious stones specific of these transmit energy.  When placed on a specific points they dissolve stress  remove blockages neutralize negative energies drawing energy away from over stimulated areas and re-energize a depleted one thus inducing the feeling of well-being and harmony.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage or champissage is a wonderful therapy based on the ancient ayuredic healing system. It has been practised In India for over a thousand years. The head , face and neck store a great deal of the anxiety that accumulates in everyday life. Massaging these areas will ease aches and pains and will also work on emotional level calming the spirit promoting relaxation and relieve stress.

 Maintain soft, healthy skin all over!!

1. Just as facial skin care requires daily cleansing and moisturizing, effective body care needs regular cleansing and moisturizing, as well.

2. Daily cleansing and moisturizing helps to relieve flaky, itchy, dry and ashy skin.

Cleansing

1. Bathe or shower daily with a moisturizing bath and shower gel and a bath sponge.

2. Very hot water tends to dry the skin.

3. Some soaps dry the skin and leave a film on the skin.

Exfoliating

1. Use a body scrub or exfoliator to remove dead, dry skin from the body and expose the soft, new skin underneath.

2. A body scrub or exfoliator should be used no more than twice weekly.

Moisturizing

1. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Do not dry your skin completely.

2. Apply body oil, body lotion or body cream immediately after you complete your bath or shower in order to seal in the moisture from the water.

3. Apply moisturizer to every part of your body that you can reach.

4. Also, apply the appropriate moisturizer to your feet and hands.

5. With regular care, you will notice the difference in the way your skin feels.
